IImalinx celebrated the first Real California Milk contest in Mexico with the aim of involving and developing culinary professionals from the country in the world of California dairy farms.

California Raisins Mexico took mexican bakers to a Baking Training in the Culinary Institute of America in California.

At the beginning of September, the winners of the first California Raisins Bakery Contest in Mexico had the opportunity to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California along with a group of winning bakers and chefs from Asia and Europe. Cultivation fields were visited, grapes were harvested and packing plants were visited.

The first Master Bakery Seminar was taught by Craig Ponsford, professor at the Higher Institute of Gastronomy.

Two seminars were conducted focused on bakers along with California Raisins and the National Chamber of the Baker Industry.
